Princewill Okoroafor

Princewill is a PhD student at Cornell who received his BS in Math and Computer Science at Harvey Mudd College. He also worked previously as an reinforcement learning research intern at Microsoft. He has competed at various international math competitions and has previously worked with Evan at GEAR UP. He is passionate about Math and Computer Science education and improving accessibility to quality educational content. In his free time, Princewill enjoys playing soccer and chess.

As YDSL’s Co-Director of Content Development, Princewill leads the development of YDSL’s activity-based content, providing our students and teachers the ability to learn in social environments. Princewill’s role is instrumental in ensuring our program works for diverse learners by focusing on culturally-relevant and accessible applications of data science to the real world.
